Liz oversees the global creative vision for Leo Burnett, the third-most-awarded creative network in the world (The Gunn Report), and leads creative for Publicis Communications North America. Her dual-role positions her to drive transformative creative solutions across the global Leo Burnett network and enhance the Groupe’s broader creative capabilities in its largest market. Liz herself has been named an AdAge “Woman to Watch” and a member of the Adweek “Creative 100,” thanks to her commitment to creative excellence. Her work has earned her clients’ numerous awards at Cannes, D&AD, LIA, One Show, Clio, Effies and other top shows. She is a progressive thinker who has played a pivotal role in helping iconic brands find their voice in the modern world. Previously, Liz led creative for clients such as Michelob Ultra, Morton Salt, Clorox, Boeing, Kimberly-Clark, GE and Comcast. An industry leader in addressing workplace inequality, Liz served as an inaugural jury chair of the Athena Advertising Awards, held in conjunction with the 3% Movement. A Chicago native - with her husband, two teenagers, and Goldendoodle - Liz is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin and Portfolio Center. When she’s not writing for work, she’s writing a memoir that she hopes will one day be published.
As CEO of Leo Burnett North America, Andrew brings a wealth of industry experience and an entrepreneurial vision to lead an agency that uses the power of data and creativity to drive business for clients. He was previously the founder and CEO of marketing startup The Abundancy, and co-founded its holding company Abundant Venture Partners (AVP), an incubator focused on building media and healthcare companies. Prior to that, Andrew was president of Starcom MediaVest Group, the world’s largest media agency. Previously, he served as a brand manager at Procter & Gamble and an account supervisor at BBDO. Andrew also proudly served his country as a platoon leader in the U.S. Army. Andrew has been recognized by Advertising Age as a “Media Maven," and was inducted into the American Advertising Federation Hall of Achievement in 2008.
Andrea has 20 years of experience in building and leading top-tier global brands across a wide range of categories. She is a firm believer that a strong team can move anything and has put tremendous effort into locating, attracting and developing the right talent for the future. Under her leadership, the German Leo Burnett operation has undergone a holistic transformation, resulting in a renewed agency spirit and fresh creative reputation — with positive business results for clients and significant new business wins for the agency.
Hélène is CEO of Leo Burnett Paris. She is a graduate of the Sorbonne and holds a DESS in European Geopolitics. She started at Everest Group and quickly pursued her career in Publicis, a 360 communication agency for eight years. She then used her skills of relationship marketing and created the agency Chemistry within the Publicis Groupe. Since 2017, she manages Leo Burnett Paris and Chemistry entities. Her business and advertising background had led her to defend with conviction the alliance of creativity and performance.
Margaret has been working in the marketing industry in Taiwan and Greater China for more than 35 years. She joined Leo Burnett Taiwan in 2001 as vice president and was eventually named managing director in 2004. Under her well-known leadership style and business vision, Leo Burnett Taiwan has seen significant growth, and the company has won “Agency of the year” and “The Best Agency of the Year” in 2006 and 2007. Leo Burnett Taiwan has been the No. 1 agency in the country for 10 consecutive years.

Carol leads Leo Burnett as president and chief creative officer of Greater China. She has been instrumental in driving multinational brands such as P&G, Adidas, McDonald’s and L’Oréal to new heights across the Greater China region. In 1997, Carol worked on Leo Burnett Hong Kong’s first Cannes-winning campaign for McDonald’s. She returned to Leo Burnett in 2017 from DDB Hong Kong where she was chief creative officer and managing director. Carol also has extensive experience judging at prestigious award shows globally and locally, including the One Show, D&AD, Clio, ANDY, New York Festivals, Spikes Asia, AdFest Lotus, and others.
Joe has more than 25 years of experience building brands and leading teams all over the world. With a tailor made Leo Burnett experience in Switzerland, Joe has been responsible for leading the Philip Morris International business for the last six years driving global creativity, marketing transformation, and on top, solid business building results. He has developed a more connected experience with our global teams and raises the quality of the work and the level of engagement with all clients. Joe has worked across many categories and industries and is now broadening the Groupe footprint with PMI across new capabilities and disciplines.
Tomasz is one of the key creators of the modern communications industry in Central & Eastern Europe. He has spent 26 years in Publicis Groupe, and has worked with almost all top clients, concentrating on business advisory and transforming agencies into modern, multidiscipline powerhouses. While managing multiple specialized units, he has coached numerous talent who have helped put Groupe agencies at the top of every market.

One of the Brazil’s most recognized creative professionals, Marcelo was recently named "Adman of the Year" by Columnists Awards. He was acknowledged by Advertising Age as one of the six most awarded creative directors in the world and was named by AgencyScope’s latest survey as being among the top 10 most outstanding professionals in their field. In 2014, under his leadership, Leo Burnett was Brazil’s most awarded agency at Cannes, winning 22 Lions. Marcelo moved to São Paulo from Belo Horizonte in 1999 and has since worked at agencies as W/Brasil, DM9DDB, Loducca, Y&R and Lew'Lara\TBWA, and DM9DDB, helping the latter to become "Agency of the Year" at the 2009 Cannes Lions Festival.
For 10 years Vladimir has been leading Leo Burnett Eastern Europe & Russia. At the moment it’s the fastest growing part of Publicis Communications in Russia. Leo Burnett has won five Cannes Lions in the past five years and was named “The best Creative Agency of Russia” for the last five years. Publicis Communications in Russia creates world-class campaigns for PMI, P&G, Nestle, McDonald’s, Samsung, GSK, L'Oreal, Mondelez, Carlsberg/Baltika Brewery, Skoda/Volkswagen Group, OBI, PIK group, Wimm-Bill-Dann and Leroy Merlin, among others. The business continues to move forward and expand into new verticals including mobile content and retail marketing.
Marcio began his career at major national and international banks, such as Itaú BBA and Sudameris. He also worked for DuPont Chemical (as Treasury Specialist for South America), Viacom and Publicis Groupe, where he was the Regional Comptroller for LATAM. He joined Leo Burnett Tailor Made in January 2011 as CFO. In 2014, he was appointed co-president and chief operating officer. Marcio graduated with a business administration degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 1996, and in 1999, earned his MBA in Finance from IBMEC. He also did a specialization course in Strategic Innovation at Stanford University, and in International Comptrollership at FGV.

Raja Trad heads Publicis Communications MEA, which includes Leo Burnett; Arc; luxury agency Atelier; PR consultancy MSLGroup; Publicis ME (Publicis ME, Optimedia, eWorks and Publicis Dialogue); and Saatchi & Saatchi ME. As CEO of Publicis Communications MEA, he has witnessed advertising in the region undergo its very own Arab Spring. The power of social media reinforces his faith in a culture of collaboration, and he recognizes that the need for common ground, integrity and a commitment to creative excellence has never been so urgent.
Saurabh heads the Leo Burnett Group across South Asia, overseeing seven offices in four countries. The group comprises Leo Burnett, Orchard Advertising, Leo Experience, Arc Worldwide and Indigo Consulting and is home to clients such as Amazon, Bajaj, Thums-Up, Limca, Maaza, HDFC Bank, HDFC Life, Tata Capital, General Mills, OLX, P&G, McDonald's, Wipro, Jeep, HPCL, GSK, amongst others. As the former chief strategy officer for Leo Burnett APAC, he worked on brands across 16 countries, winning more than 60 awards including the Effie Gold, Appies Gold, DMA Award’s Grand Prix, two Gold Cannes Lions, Grand Prix at ADFEST, and Mediacorp’s Viewer’s Choice Award in 2009 and 2010.
